How does the rotary molding machine operate?

The advantage of a double arm rotary molding machine is its simple structure, excellent quality, and low price, but the heating and drying oven cannot be flexibly used, resulting in low productivity. Arm type roll molding machine

It has an arm consisting of two main shaft bearings, each of which is equipped with a secondary shaft. Generally, this type of rotary molding machine is equipped with a drying box and two refrigeration rooms, which are used for dual arm wheeled applications. The key advantage of the arm type rotary molding machine is that the drying oven can be flexibly used and has only 2 arms, requiring less mold shell compared to the multi arm type rotary molding machine.

Multi arm rotary molding machine

It has three or more arms, and the number of arms is generally consistent with the set number of tens. Each arm is equipped with a secondary shaft. Three arm rotary molding machines generally have three processes: feeding and discharging, heating, and cooling. Four arm rotary molding machines generally have feeding and discharging, and heating.
